Hello!
Here is my story: 5 months prior, I got a 2nd sim for myself since i needed a second number. 1 month later i did not need that number, so i stopped paying Public Mobile. Now, I'm looking to port my main number into public mobile. I checked to see if my old account was still active with the public, and surprisingly, it Is! So I'm wondering if I can do the Transfer Phone number in Settings to port my main number into PM, erasing my second number in the sim?? Is it possible? I literally dont care about the second number.

Update: I just tried it out, transferring my current phone into my account and replacing the old phone number, and it worked! Thanks to everyone in the thread who tried their best to answer me!

this is getting confusing...if your old Public Mobile account is eligible to be resumed, you should pay it to Resume service. Then when that's done, you can initiate a transfer of your Bell number in to that Public Mobile account. Your new Public Mobile number will be your old Bell number. Generally, you only have 90 days after your Public Mobile account is suspended to resume so make sure you still reactivate it. The first step is to make sure you can reactivate it.
The confusing part is you say you want to "erase the old account and number I did with pm 4 mos ago..."

No, Main is with bell. I want to port that in PM by erasing the old account and old number i did with pm 4 months ago where im not using

If it is a number from Bell and still active with Bell , you can port into PM

So, both numbers are with PM and you want to move a number from one PM account into another PM account? Sorry , you cannot. PM does not allow moving number from one PM account to another

IT is not a Koodo number, its a bell? would that be a problem?

as long as you can re-activate your old Public Mobile account, you should be able to transfer the Kodoo number to your Public Mobile account. Your old Public Mobile number will be changed to your Kodoo number once the port process is successful. Your Kodoo account will be deactivated automatically when port is complete.
