Can I make Skype calls to Europe

@Kraut...for $15 you can get that 300 minute add-on and use your PM number to call Germany.

If you are calling a German landline with Skype, you will need to check with Skype whether there is extra charges.  Public mobile won't charge you, but Skype likely will.

To Germany I have a plan with Skype to call landlines in germany with a bc number

Of course you can, try WhatsAPP much better use WiFi or Data

Yes.  Skype calls would use either data or wifi.

Yup...Skype is a voip app...nothing to do with PM. Where in Europe you wanna call ? PM has calling plan add-ons to some countries in Europe.
