Hi,
I bought a plan, but I cant use it. I have yet received the Sim card. Can I get a refund? Thank you.

SIMs are currently free for all new activations and you will only be charged once the SIM is activated.

They do provide refund if you haven’t received the parcel and activated the service, but it takes some effort.

@Webber2k14 no, no refunds here!! Do not change your mind. If you do, you will lose the difference.
Or stick the 30 days and port back out on day 27-29.
Don't wait last minute.
When did you purchase the sim card? Takes about 10 business days to arrive.

In general, there are no refunds with Public mobile. However, you can try to contact customer service agent to see what they can offer.
