I have not looked at how much the date could change because of the 30 days.  It is only in theory. There could be immediate plan changes or you could ask in future for moderaror to renew early making it possible.  Keep an eye on the date.  Public Mobile will remind you by text about payment.

It's not theory.

For interest, I ran the numbers through a date calculator. It ebbs and flows a little here and there but it inexorably inches it's way up earlier in progressive months. I found that it came back around in about 5 years.

@cavemantoronto In every month which follows a month with 31 days, your payment date will move forward 1 day.  In every month which follows a month with 30 days, your payment date will stay the same.  In every non-leap year March, your payment moves back 2 days, since February has 28 days.  In every leap year March, your payment moves back 1 day.

hello again,

For now, I always keep my account ahead by 2 payments. This way in case something happens Im covered for 2 months of payments. My plan is $35 so I always keep minmum $70 in my account.

@87pontiac  Another option is to setup a reminder every 30 days 5 days before renewal. That's what I do works 4me.Robot Happy

My apologies,, yes you are correct  30 days , but my due date is  the 20th day, I pay 2 months in advance so every 30 days funds are always available. On the first of each month my payment is made so when the 20th arrives funds are there, basically my plans is $35 but there is always $70 available. on the 20th $35 is removed for payment and $35 remains. On ther first I add another $35 more dollars bringing the total back to $70, on the 20th (or19th 20th, 21st) the $35 is removed. This cycle continues.

Hopefully this is abetter explanation. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Thank you to everyone who responded. On the first of each month, I add funds. When the due date arrives, funds are available. Great plan and works exceptionally well, no complaints, no dropped calls, send and recieve texts as well as picture messages ( data must be enabled). Spreading the word and people cannot believe the price.

Your service could get suspended if a payment is ever due on the 31st if you always add funds on the 1st or for part of a day if plan starts on 1st.

As what other people said can't be done.  The date will always be changing.  Best strategy is to use Autopay if possible so you don't forget to pay.

If you could stand to be without service for two days you could let it suspend (or suspend it yourself) and then reactivate on the 21st. But as already mentioned, the next renewal could be a day or 3 earlier again. As already mentioned, it's 30 days...not a month.

With the renewal date changing every other month, it's a losing battle chasing one fixed date.

If it's simply a matter of having a constant payment date login each Month on that date and top up your account with the needed funds.

PM billing cycle is 30 days.  It is always 30 days from your last renewal day.

You cannot set your renewal date at the same date of each month.
