I am looking for information on my iPhone 8 camera not working all the time.
I get to take 1 picture and then the screen freezes and goes black.
the front camera works continuously ok

@Chrisdurnford ,Chatbot still have problem with opening CPO related ticket . So, open ticket with PM support by direct message and arrange with them for warranty repairs:

Yes, I bought it through public mobile and know about the warranty.
I can’t get any contact information to ask what my next step is to be.

@Chrisdurnford , where did you purchase the phone? There might be a warranty if the purchase was only 4 months ago. If this phone was bought from Public Mobile, there is a 1 year warranty.
