Calls drop

Hello. I am have trouble where all my calls are getting dropped or disconnected after several minutes of being on a call. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I restared my phone many times, checked the carrier setings, everything seems to be fine but it is still doing it. Not sure what the problem can be.

Been experiencing the same issue. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I am in the Kitchener / Waterloo / Cambridge area.

I have already opened a ticket and so far I was advised to try my SIM card in a diferent phone, which I will do shortly, as soon as I can get my hand on another device.

there were some reports of similar problem this week.  May I know which area you are at , like city?

I think support agent can check if any problem, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
