I can send Text and make calls but don't receive any call or text message. checked all the options including rebooting the device. need help thanks

One of my friend had the same problem where they can send and receive text but incoming calls goes to VM.

It was a provisional backend problem that a CS_Agent can fix.

You can contact them by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message them with the envelope icon.

checked already it not on "do not disturb"

 

how i can get a ticekt from Cs Agent

Check to see that you didn't turn on the " do not disturb" feature on your phone, by mistake. It happens sometimes too.

 

Edit....  You might want to get a ticket started for a CS Agent.

They may have to reprovision your sim card for you from their end.

So you don't waste anymore of your time.

in the phone tab voicemail tab is marked red like when you have new msg

HI @MYSL   did you try your sim card in another phone?

 

did you go to another area and try the service ?

 

And you logged into My Account and confirmed your account status is active?

i have tried this not working. Data is working. calls directly going to voice mail.

Hi @MYSL   try to reseat the sim card with a reboot.  It happens to me before too and that fixed it

 

And is data working?

@MYSL hi did you just activate and transfer your number from another provider? if so you need to leave old sim in your phone to receive porting request text, you have 90 minutes to reply yes

@MYSL , did you do a number transfer?  If you did, it is possible the transfer is in progress of failed.

How long have you been PM customer?

What number other see when you call.SMS them?
