I am not able to make canada wide calls.

Mobile data and incoming calls bit working well and just not able to make outgoing calls?
Reboot the phone and test again. Try making calls with both a 1 and without the 1 in front of the 10 digits phone number
- Check if your account is active and when is the next billing date- Reboot your phone- Check your physical SIM in another phone (eSIM? No luck with those)
