and you are new subscriber ? or you have been with PM for sometimes and start having call problem now?

one more question...do you have a plan with limited Canada wide calling...like the $15 or $13 obsolete plans ? If so...maybe you run outta minutes. You can buy a $5 add-on that gives you 500 minutes of Canada wide calling. 

If you have a newer plan with Unlimited calling mins...let us know that.
