Is today your Renewal date? If the payment wasn't taken out for whatever reason on the Renewal date, you must make a manual payment yourself.
Did you verify that your registered account is not expired or some other issue? You'd have to sign in and check.

login My Account and you should see a button Pay and Resume Services now button, make the payment there
or you can use this link
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
in case the payment does not go through, you can buy voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and then load voucher to resume service

It's not my phone. PM hasn't taken my payment out and I'm sitting here waiting with no phone service.. very frustrating as my husband has to commute for work and nothing goes through

They haven't taken my payment even though the money is there in my account. They are slow with taking my payment. I'm sure my husband is flipping out right now.

hi @Hockeymom77
what phone do you have?
Telus is refarming all of their 850 to 10 MHz LTE B5 in their markets, mainly BC, AB, Windsor, Ottawa, GTA area Montreal, Quebec City. Bell has not done this, so it won't affect area that has Bell networks which Telus/PM use
So, if your phone has only 850 Band 5 on the phone but lacks 1900 Mhz, if your phone were bought from another country, or an imported model, then you might be impacted with no 3G voice service at all
On the other hand, if the phone has 1900 Mhz, or it is a Canadian/US model, it likely won't be impacted as much but the voice calls quality might still degraded
