If the $15/300min international calling add on is otherwise of no use you can contact customer support and explain your error when purchasing the add on and ask if they would be willing to remove the add on and credit your account the cost of the add on.

Unfortunately, Trinidad is not covered by the international calling add on.
Here are the countries:
Included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France,Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela
You would need to find another way to call. Maybe purchase a long distance calling card, or use other online services.
