Call History showing extended call to the voice mail number when my PM SIM was selected of while traveling internationally. Why/how is this happening.

Your SIM shouldn’t be working at all if you are travelling internationally.
Best to submit a ticket on Chat bubble for a CS_Agent to investigate.
@TrippleD , that is definitely not possible. Perhaps you might be viewing cached data. If you are using a browser, check the usage history using incognito mode. On the app, delete app data and then check.
