Call forwarding to VM not working

  • I noticed when someone calls me and my phone is off, it still rings on the caller side as it rings when the phone is on, and I don't know that someone called me, people think that I'm not answering their calls

I tried the other number and it didn't work as well. I'll submit a ticket and see if the can help. Thank you very much 

hi @Alighuneim that is the correct number for voice mail 

you can update it and test the other VM number 778-581-4001

if that does not help, please ask agent to reset the account

if you go to dialer app, click Settings and select Forwarding, what phone number showing there??

and if you like, test your sim. ard in another phone so the system can reset the proper forwarding to VM settings

Thank you @hTideGnow , I'm with PM for 7 years and I just noticed this problem, I don't know when it started. I tried dialing ##004#, it didn't solve the problem.

did you just port your number into PM?.  you sure the porting was completed and the person not "ringing" your old carrier account/sim?

on your phone, try to reset the forwarding and let it go to the default (voicemail),   dial ##004#
