Basically, what the title says. I suddenly cannot send or receive text messages on my iPhone. I can make & receive phone calls, and my data is working, just not text messages. I am using an eSIM. So far I have tried:
- Resetting network configuration on my iPhone
- Restarting my iPhone
- I deleted my old eSIM and purchased a new one
- I factory reset my phone
nothing is working so I’m wondering if this is an issue with public mobile and not my phone. On my iPhone under iMessage settings I cannot add my phone number either, it is just constantly verifying. This is very annoying. How can I fix it??

hi @Ahn is that new activation?? PM has trouble with setting up SMS with new activations. If you just joined, them you are impacted and need support agent to refresh the account

Yea this is public mobile issue. See their announcement. You did everything and more. Message them to correct right away. Use the support section of your app or the chatbot.
