Call drops after 6 rings

When I dial a number the call rings about 6 times, then stops ringing. This means I can't leave voicemail when the person I am calling has set their phone to go to voicemail after 6 rings. I just switched from Telus to Public Mobile and I didn't have this problem with Telus

@Savvy2  You can also try rebooting the phone or reset network settings if you haven’t already if still same please submit ticket with support
