Call Forwarding

Trying to set up an Unconditional call Forwarding to a US number. I use the format *21*1234567890# but I get a Public Mobile message,  "Call Forwarding Connection Problem or Invalid Code (804) 

Any ideas?

Thanks. I have now changed to a Canadian phone number, through Twilio, but call forwarding still won't work. I get a PM Message saying "Call Forwarding connection problem or Invalid MMI code"

hi @Kenmerloo 

you cannot forward to US number even you have a Canada/US/Mexico plan.  Forwarding only works when it forwards to Canadian number
