Hi,
I set my phone to call forward on my iPhone. It worked for a few days but then the setting would be lost and call forwarding would stop. I enable it again but then it would again cancel itself on its own.
Please advise.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I did set it to unconditional forwarding, which still broke. So perhaps I will escalate this to CS_Agent.

@LitlLdy I fully agree with you. If that was the case where they can fix if asked, then same thing with these SMS issues. Which they haven't figured it out yet . Less tickets, less people leaving.

@Ranahan , unfortunately the introduction of VoLTE on Public Mobile broke call forwarding!
Call forwarding works for me but only due to (on 3/1/23) I had to submit a support ticket to get CS_Agent to escalate it to get tech support to fix it. No issues at all for me since.
Edit: This had been an ongoing issue for some time now. I would think that due to they can fix it when we submit a support ticket to them asking for call forwarding to be fixed on their accounts that they could fix it for everyone all at once which in turn creates a lot less support tickets!

@Ranahan , I believe universal forwarding still works.

@Ranahan call forwarding has been "broken" for a long time now with no news of a fix. They are aware.
Only unconditional forwarding available.
