Dear Public Mobile Support Staff.
I can not activate the Call Barring option as its pqssword linked to SIM card by Public Mobile because I enteres the default Call Barring Password of Samsung A11 but it rejected to activate Call Barring so the problem is Pubic Mobile SIM card linked to Call Barring Password. Please provide assistance on how to block all incoming call by activating Call Barring function. Thanks

Telus family (Telus , Koodo and Public Mobile) does not support Call barring.
They have no plan to add support to that
If you need something similar, you need to subscribe Telus and they have Call Control feature

@TVJ
You’re right. I just tried it on my Samsung S23 Plus, and I keep getting a “failed to read data” message. Call barring worked when I was with Rogers, but maybe Public blocks it on the network side. As a workaround, you could turn on Do Not Disturb and silence all calls

I don't think that there is a function to block all calls. You can have all calls sent to voicemail box then you can review each if you wish to respond.
adding...here's some info to setup various voicemail options...
