CS seems unable to help me

I've dealt with 2 CS agents, and asked to speak to a supervisor (never heard back from anyone).

I ported my number from Fido on Oct 31, but since then very few people have been able to reach me on my PM service. Many people get a weird tone, or a message saying not in service, or if they text they get no error message, I just never receive it.

Remember, some people can call and text me no problem.

It seems my phone service is split between Fido and PM somehow, and PM tells me the Fido account is closed so they can't request another number port from them to see if it works the second time.

What do I do? Do I reopen an account with Fido then ask them to cancel and port my number to PM? Because they won't have a number to port on a new account. Do I go to a 3rd party provider and port my number from PM, and then it might work? Or does that make it worse?

The CS from Public is worse than useless. That's as kind as I can be about them.

Please help me!
