hi @Nickqwedf it has been 2 hours, still no reply? did you check the Community inbox?  I guess you need to wait a bit longer. But trust me, they will reply soon

they don't reply immediately, but they usually do within 4 hours, usually within an hour

you opened the ticket yet?  Support agent can help you.  You need to first log back into your account before you can change PIN in My Account

If I do not know my pin/my account login, login, email. What happens? I do not want to pay $100. I want to change my plan.
