I have a few things I would like to get done to my account Can you help me as I have been sitting at this computer for two hours with another agent and have nothing done!!!

@hTideGnow- I'm answering the questions in a matter of fact way. Of course he doesn't want to lose the rewards as that's what would happen upon porting the number out as being the only proper way to move a number to a new account.

But as you say, he can try his luck. These things have been said to happen around here as a YMMV result.

#1 is a nono, OP already said he does not want to loss his 5 years discount and benefit

#1. You could port that number out to another provider and then port back into the new account but that would preclude #2 in that the old account would close.

#2. You can do that but you lose the old number.

#3. You can still do that if you keep the account going.

you didn't really give up your discount, it is still on one of your accounts

Yes, I think some people abuse the switch numbers between account and therefore agent stopped helping

you can try your luck to submit ticket and ask if you want to, but don't have high hope

So I must give up my 5 year discount and the the other benefits? Why can't the agent say that it's been over an hour since his last communication.

1 and 2, you cannot switch numbers between accounts.  (agent no longer doing it) Sorry about that

for 3, you can just login My Account, Change Subscription and pick the plan.  Click Change on Renewal and not to waste money with Change Now option

If you've been with an agent for 2 hours then why not tell us the problem and maybe we have some ideas.

Anything would be quicker But I need an agent so in the address bar I put CS_Agent WTF????

we are just customers like you, working with agent via ticket/message is the only way
