But if you are customer already and want to port number to your existing account, login My Account, Profile and Transfer Phone Number to request it yourself. But if you are porting from Koodo Prepaid, then yes, submit ticket
if you are new customer and not activated yet, you can activate and request porting at the same time
If you already requested porting and looking to see the status, there is a number to call and check, I will message you the phone number to your Community inbox

You don’t need to create a ticket to port your number in or out of PM.
Just need the PM app and start there to port into PM.
If you are porting out, you need to contact your new carrier.
