Hello I purchased a Public Mobile plan and selected ESIM activation but the app shows my device as not compatible with ESIM even though my phone is compatible Device Motorola Edge Plus 2023 IMEI 354715630422348 ESIM supported VoLTE supported 5G supported Live Chat asked me to contact CS Agent for manual ESIM provisioning Please activate my service on ESIM or provide a manual ESIM QR code I already paid for the plan and want to proceed with the original ESIM option without buying a physical SIM Thank you

Did you receive email with QR code for eSIM?
If not, you will need to contact customers service agent:
Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:
