I ordered a new SIM card on Dec 25 2023 and have not received it, now I need to contact CS_Agent, how do I do this.

I ordered it online so they have the proof of purchase...I would accept a refund and reorder from Amazon but it's near impossible to contact a agent.

To be honest, yes, I'd contact a CS Agent with the link below. However, if you ask them to send another, it could take another 3-4 weeks in the mail. I'd strongly suggest contacting your local Telus stores to see if they have one in stock for $10 or purchase one off of Amazon for $4.99. If you chose to go this faster route instead, don't worry about the cost. First, inform the CS Agent you didn't get it. Tell them you're not willing to wait another 3 weeks to get it that you'll either do one of the two suggestions I've made. Then they will tell you to show them proof of purchase and they will credit your account the funds you paid for the card. I only say this cause this new $34 x 3 month offer is really good and I'd hate to see you miss it.

Hi @Cranford4141 yes, sound like the card was lost. check with CS agent for a resend. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
