Went to pay for my plan (55 $ 50 gig) now shows it's 65 so I attempted to change my plan to the 45 $30 gig plan and bought a 50 $ payment voucher (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) to do this as I did not have funds in my bank account. It now showa my account still suspended and on the 65 $ plan and only 5 dollar of available funds. 

Please rectify this immediately as I'm awaiting an important call regarding employment

@Whiskeyjack78 - i guess you put in personal info (like a voucher number) in your post, yeah you may want to be careful, as this Community forum is PUBLIC for all to see. 

You may thought you were sending a private message to customer support (CS_Agent), but you are supposed to do that through your own private inbox messages. Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble), 

2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

 

Why does your $55 plan show $65? Did you do a plan change at one point?

Log in through a different browser or through a tab in incognito mode to make sure you are seeing the latest account details.

so, you got the error AFTER you clicked the send message?

how about login to My Account again using Incognito mode, 

go to CS Agent profile page,

click the button Send a Message

Let us know if the Compose message page comes up and if you can type and send the message
