I am too sick and tired of waiting for you so-called CSA's to give me service so I can access my account, this has been 2 weeks already

Yes, I have opened tickets numerous times already

@cooleh19881   you are not the only one with this issue.  We had couple Community member had the same issue

But were you ever able to login My account after the EverSafe system went live?

and I saw other suggested you to open ticket, have you open one yet  If not, or if no one replied yet, open another ticket by message them:

Private message CS agent at 
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@cooleh19881 - did you activate 2 weeks ago, or have you been a customer for some time until you lost service and access to My Account 2 weeks ago?

When you call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) what does the status say? If they can't find your account, did you do a chargeback on your card at any point? 

OR, if active and it says messaging like your plan will renew on such an such a date, then submit a ticket to CSA and get them to see what is up.

I normally use Firefox, but I have tried edge & chrome nothing was worked

try using a different web browser to log in to your PM account. I'm using Firefox...seems to be just fine here.

@cooleh19881 - i can see those screens are already in incognito mode. Did you submit a ticket 2 weeks ago without a response? If so, that is too long. Go back to your SENT messages and poke them loudly (but with respect) about your issue.

So, no service for 2 weeks and you paid for an account/activation at that time? Or have you been a customers before this?

HI @cooleh19881   Try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode to login 

and of course, submit a ticket with agent if you still cannot login

yes 2 weeks ago, 2fa is good, I get this as I message after I enter the 2fa code
