CS_Agent Please help with SIM issue

I cannot open a ticket for my SIM issue. My number got transferred to Public mobile but not to my SIM. Now I don’t have any service. I need help. I could not open a ticket.

Did you reply to the text from your previous carrier you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone?

If you did, your old SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours until porting is completed.

If you have no service on the sim, you need PM to check the system again to confirm sim and account both setup correctly 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

First, try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, place your old sim card into the phone to confirm you no longer have service at your old provider. If you do still have service, create a ticket and a CS Agent will help you transfer it.
