@CS_Agent, Please check my account for number xxxxxxxx. I have an iPhone and MMS settings are unavailable in the device settings menu. This issue must be on the PM side, I have reset all settings and confirmed SMS/MMS are all enabled on the device configuration. Please let me know, thank you.

For MMS you have to have DATA on. It will not use your data allowance but it has to be active.
With apple try to use NATIVE texting app and NOT imessage.

are you using a Samsung cellphone ? BTW...you should edit out your personal number.
