I transferred my old phone number  to public mobile 2 weeks ago and was working fine until today when my number changed to a random number without any notice.

there's a number you can call to get port assistance, but I can only send it to your Community in box....

There are no numbers to call...you must start the process of getting Customer Support to help you.

is there someone else who has access to your account ? The only way a number can be changed is if you or someone with access to the account changes it for you. Now you'll have to get Customer Support involved...click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.

You’ll need to contact a Customer Support Agent about this. Since it was working fine for two weeks, only they can properly look into it and resolve the issue. Tagging them isn’t as effective as sending them a direct message.
