Hi I am a regular customer  with automatic payment but today I received that   my plan was not renewed because of non payment.

Can I please know what know what is going on?

Please log into your account:

 

1. On the first page can you see Account Status: Active

2. Click My Rewards: does it show you still owe some money

3. Click View Payment History: can you see an automatic top up

 

Also, check your credit card to see if a payment was taken.

 

You cannot call customer service unless you joined PM before Jan 27/15. Did you?

Never post your number or personal information. I had this problem as well but was still able to use my phone. It might be a delay of the site. Mines went away the next day.

Hi, could it be an error with the credit card? Have you looked into all the possibilities?
