I cannot track down the email associated with my phone number? So therefore I can't respond to the confirmation email sent to confirm which email is on the account?

if your phone still works, the security code should send to your phone via SMS
but if you don't get the 2FA code, best to just message support agent for help to change your email address for login. Please message them here
