After trying two different Walmarts and coming out with no SIM because the cell phone person was “on a break” and the regular electronics guy “couldn’t” pass me a SIM card I decided to get it through Amazon. If you have a referral code you get back the $10 you paid.

Reading between the lines here a bit. Yes they do sell them but are you asking if they will just sell the sim without activation? That is an unknown some of the Walmarts do and some don't.
