Are you completely out of data? You have 3 options.
1. Perform and immediate plan change. Understand that the ful price of the new plan will be due immediately and that you will not receive any credit nor refund for the unused time from the old plan. Also, if you ever wish to switch to a different plan again, you can only choose from the currrent offerings.
2. Ask a customer support agent to renew your current plan early. You will need to pay the full price of the plan immediately.
3. Go to selfserve.publicmobile.ca and purchase a data add-on.
