Bumping up my plan & charges....

Hi All -

My plan comes for renewal on the 24th of the month.

I'd like to go from a $35 plan to a $40 plan.  How do I do this so that I don't get charged twice in one month.

What I am wondering, is my current day of the 24th my plan renewal date?  And if so, should I bump up my plan on the 24th or will I be charged 2x.  If I bump it up on the 23rd, will I be charged on the 23rd and the 24th?

Thanks kindly,

Smiley Very Happy

I just did the same today. No issues so far. My account says that the plan would change to $15 from $25 at the end of the month.

I went from the $25 plan down to the $15 plan last month and had no issues it worked perfectly.

@marnieo123Click on Change on next renewal date button when you change plan. Since you are upgrading a plan (ie pay more) that option is fine. The option fails if you are downgrading which is a bug in the system.

Are you sure? It didn't fail when I went from a $25 plan to a $15 one.

You can change your plan to change at renewal date instead of today. Click on change my plan the select new plan and on bottom right click on next renewal
