I contacted support for another issue, and asked why this last month my phone has been buffering/lagging. They ignored me twice, so I thought I'd come to the community.
Absolutely, my cell lags from time to time. But this last month, there has been a tremendous increase and it lasts for a while, repeatedly and daily. I would even go stand under the 5G doo-dad above my apartment suite hoping it will stop. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to help.
Has anyone else noticed an increase ?
What can I do ?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thank you.

hi @Dony9
did you try Reboot your phone and Reset network settings?
and did you try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE instead of leaving it 5G or Automatic? connection can be more stable with 4G or LTE
if you have an iPhone, there is no APN update for data usage. Update the Carrier Profile instead
but if you have an Android, try update the APN. Don't just update some entries, check all the entries here:
APN: SP.MB.COM
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc

Hello @Dony9
I have no clue what that other member is commenting on as it has nothing to do with your issues and not sure why they got a bravo for giving an answer that had zero value or relevance. I tell you, these forums never change. The lack of moderation is mindblowing.
I've read your comment, twice, just to make sure I understood it. The persistent buffering and lagging using the public mobile data is often caused by an unstable 5G connection or sometimes network or tower congestion. What you can do is turn on airplane mode for 10 minutes, shut down your phone for 5 minutes and then turn off airplane mode. This gives you a fresh connection to the network. If the problems still exists, then if your phone is in 5G or auto, change it to 4G/LTE. I'm not sure what plan you're on but if it's one of those unlimited plans, that could be it? Reached your limit then limited to 512kbps. Spit balling ideas of course. And as a last resort, reset your Network Settings as they may have at some point been scrambled somehow. Could have been affected by a software or firmware update. It happens.
I lied, one more thing to check IF you have an Android phone. Check your APN settings.
