Approximately 45 minutes ago, a representative, calling on Koodo's toll-free number, left a message in my voicemail. It dealt with a problem with my self-serve account. The representative asked that I return the call in order to resolve the matter.
Though grandfathered, I have not called a *611 representative for months because my experiences have been uniformly negative, except for 2 calls. I found the representatives to be poorly trained and equally unmotivated.
In today's case, the representative was polite and competent. It was clear that she knew what she was doing.
If she's not the exception to the rule, but rather the face of the new PM, then BRAVO to PM!
