I was setting up an account for my husband and after the first two steps verified it then booted us off on step 3. A payment was charged to out account but didn't finish setting up. now its saying the sim card is invalid
has anyone had this issues or know how to help with this ? i dont know what to do

@Debstevens cool, just message them and monitor the Community inbox for their reply. They usually reply within 2 hours or so. Let us know how it turns out

But did you put in your PM sim in a phone? does it connect and can you make outgoing calls?.

no error code, the page just shut down on step 3, no account was made, we did enter the our other cell provider account number but number was not ported. i set up my own acccount moments before without issues.

did you get an error like error 821? And you entered IMEI for porting info? Which provider is your old provider? For porting, it is better to enter the account number of your old provider
But no worry, Contact PM support via direct message and they can sort it out for you
