Bonus are slow to show up in payment.

Check your Dashboard to see if you jave new referral for this month (but this can also be slow to update).

The notice that a customer has referred a new customer is not sent by e-mail. it's sent by text message.

are you the one who just joined, if you are , then you need to wait 72 hours for it to show up.  If you waited over 72 hours but still no sign of the $10, then PM support agent can help

Did you refer someone or did someone refer you?

Bonus typically will be applied to new accounts within 72 hours. Has it been longer than that? Did you check the Available Funds tab on your account? If you were refered by someone, it would be reflected in that section $10.00.
