I subscribed to plan at renewal for December, don’t get a text confirmation, log in a few days later, not showing l have plan it shows available to subscribe again, not sure if it’s going through

@Fdrcamb You can check whether the plan is ready to go by going to the Payments tab in the My Account site for the app. The Subscription tab will also show it but tends not to show as much detail about your upcoming plan.
PM doesn’t send text or email confirmations so the fact you didn’t receive one doesn’t mean there is a problem.
