Hi,
I am currently on the $34 20gb 5G plan. I want to switch upon renewal to the Black Friday $34 40GB 5G plan. When I log into my account and click change subscription, this Black Friday deal does not show as available. I have cleared my cache and tried to change to this subscription via the app and my browser. Can you assist me with switching? Thanks!

Not sure what changed, I didn’t do anything, but when I logged into the app, the BF deal was there. Thanks for the advice.

A lot of people are having this issue for some reason. I wonder if it's because the system thinks the plan is the same, so it's nulling it out as an option. Perhaps the backend treats them as variants from the same core.
If you don't want to wait for a CS agent ticket, you could try switching subscriptions to something else and seeing if that option shows up.

Try to change to another plan on renewal first, and see if $34 40gb plan shows up or not.
There is also a new $29 10GB plan, if that is enough data for you, you can also switch to that plan.
