what phone do yo have? do you have other app using Biometrics without problem?
try to uninstall and reinstall PM app
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
