I’m new here and would like to know how the billing payment goes. Can anybody help me please? Thank you all in advance.

Unfortunately new customers are on the points system and don't get autopay rewards, but we do get 5% in points (or sometimes more in promotions) on what we spend.
@Phil_Adelphus Well that sucks! I'll edit my reply....

as with all prepaid mobile suppliers, you pay in advance for whatever services you wish to receive.
At Public Mobile, you have the choice of either 30 or 90 day cycles of service.
These will automatically renew on the cycle renewal date if you have a registered payment card attached to your file such as a Canadian or US credit card or a Visa debit.
Some customers elect to load funds on their account to cover the renewals. This can be done through one time payments through self-serve or the 611 service , payment vouchers available at many retail outlets, or by using online services such as recharge.com.

@H2M You pay in advance for 30/90 days of service. This means that your renewal date will change by a day or two depending on the month. If your renewal was 31 Jan/1 May, you would skip Feb completely and be billed for the next 30 day period on Feb 2. You can put a credit card on file and do auto pay or you can make monthly payments to your account to cover the renewal costs. You can have a card registered and still add funds manually if you like. You will never be charged for overages because this is a prepay service. If you run out of data on the 3G/4G plans it stops working.
Edit: When your renewal day comes your account will say that it is suspended or something similar. So long as your services are still working ignore it, it is part of the renewal process. Best to stay away until day after lol.
