Can not make a call. Get 7B1 error

Can not make any calls or get to voicemail.  Get 7B1 not on network.

Have done all the resets, SIM card out, and turn off phone.

I have data and can text

Just recently changed plan 

Also can not make a ticket with error xxx

It has been since October 18th.  It worked up to Oct 17th when my plan switched over

This is usually a temporary error and will resolve itself.

Try again in a short while if all other services work such as texting and data.
