Why was I billed for US Roaming in October? I only ordered it for September .Not happy getting double billed!
Also, why is it so difficult speaking to a human????? I have yet to get my questions answered. Very frustrating!

Can you provide us with a screenshot of the charges in your payment history? Remove any personal or account sensitive info. Did the second charge occur 10 days after the first?

@Mach2 you ordered in Sept and they charged you again?
US roaming is a one time purchase and not a recurring charge.
Please login to My Account using Incognito mode and check Payment History. Check both Sept and Oct and see what if it shows PM charged you twice. Post us screenshots if you don't understand the transactions
