My billing cycle started today but I transferred my number to a different provider. Do I get a refund for the billing?

Could you please call me and explain how this works?
Yes I understand that it is a prepaid service. I have not used the service which I prepaid for so I should be able to get a refund. Other providers also provide refunds on the billing cycle.

Sorry, PM is prepaid provider and do not provide refund. You should have transferred it a day or two earlier.
But which provider you are with now? If it is Telus or Kiddo, they might be able to provide your a one time credit, check with your new provider
