My billing cycle started today but I transferred my number to a different provider. Do I get a refund for the billing?

Could you please call me and explain how this works?Yes I understand that it is a prepaid service. I have not used the service which I prepaid for so I should be able to get a refund. Other providers also provide refunds on the billing cycle.
