if you need professional help from Public Mobile, you need to submit ticket instead of posting here
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

so, you are getting free service without paying? LoL
If you don't have service now, login My Account and make a manual payment to resume service
