Hi,

On my last bill there were 3 amounts that were listed:$5.75 on May3, $11.50 on May 9 and $17.25 on May7. I expected the first 2 amounts, but I didn't expect the third one of $17.25. Can an agent please explain that extra amount. Thanks.

You were *force migrated* to the (universally bad) Points system at some point so no more benefits from the old Rewards system.

so, you have 2 accounts with PM and not 3 ?  did you make a plan change on May 7?

since it is account payment issue, you will have to check with PM support agent and ask them to confirm
