Final step says Activation not complete. I am transferring from KOODO and did not receive a temporary phone number during the activation process or a message confirming my number could be transferred from Koodo to Public.
Please help.

some got that error at the very last step. But you will need PM support agent to check

@MCal did you keep your previous carrier sim card in your phone to receive the message?
You can message public mobile directly for further assistance at the link below. You would need to sign into the app and type customer service representative.
