I signed up a week ago. I thought my phone was eSIM compatible, but turns out it is not. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for over a week. I've logged on several times after 11AM and had no success connecting with an agent. What should I do?

added...alternative is to get a new PM hard sim yourself. If there's a MobIle Klink in your area, they have them otherwise you can get them on Amazon.
